Under Sink BEV Pure Water System I've used over a decade!

NOT only it is the most effective of taking out everything you want removed to protect yourself and family but it makes it the MOST economical. The filter changes are dependent on the workload that your system is under. For our family and water we maintain the system with the recommended year/two year changes. We've had the same system for a decade! Travel BEV Pure Water System I've traveled extensively with.

Traveling across country a few times and internationally yearly our family have put this travel filter to good use. Like our induction burners it makes travel so much nicer. I originally invested in it because I became tired of throwing away my morning tea when it tasted like chemicals instead of tea. The only difference was the water. For that alone it was worth it.  ADD to that having it there and ready to fill up our non-leaching containers and thermoses ( pictured next)  we were set for the day!  This saved us from buying bottled water! Stopping for drinks,...🍵

Linen Beverage Totes- STURDY!

I have Red and Black. Keeping our Cases of Glass Water Bottles in the Cellar these Caddies make keeping Water on hand and empties off the counters. One is for full the other for empty . I have had these for YEARS which is often a requirement for me to share something with others. They fold collapsing to flat when not in use, are GREAT when traveling because its protective padding minimizes movement. clinking, clanking aren't happening! There are nine (9) compartments large enough to hold a single 750-mL (3/4-liter) bottle. Perfect for our Bottled Water at home OR traveling for our Water Bottles and Thermoses. 👜

Best Water/Beverage Containers

I've used and tried A TON of beverage containers I ALWAYS come back to these. I have every size they have. The fact that I can grab new caps easily and economically it a HUGE plus! I
have these on hand for every beverage use there is. Smoothie, Water, Tea- Cold and Hot (Though it is NOT a Thermos they have versions made specifically for warm beverages)- . I 'm asked all the time if I use their containers. I do own a few and like that I can put frozen berries in and the juice is sealed inside...but I tend to use containers that can go from freezer, to oven (even grill see below) to dishwasher. The containers can't go in the oven or on a grill. 🍶

Thermos TEA infuser Thermos

I gift this item to tea drinkers over and over again. This has been the go to travel thermos for me for a good decade. 3 reasons I love it. 1-Its size. 2-I can place my tea leaves or bag in the mesh strainer portion and leave them there all day long without any mess. Once I drink below the basket line it's not making it any stronger. 3- its ability to keep tea the temperature... If anything it stays hot so well that I have to remember to open the lid prior to wanting to drink it --so be forewarned. OKAY I actually have a 4th- I can make fresh loose leaf tea anytime I want on the go. I place new leaves in the basket and add hot water from my larger Water thermos 💃🏻

Extra Hot /Cold Water Thermos

The tall middle thermos is the one for me. It fits perfectly in the side door of my car or the cup holder. I have had WAY TOO MANY thermoses leak in my car on trips. I have tried MANY and so far this hydro flask has not dripped, leaked, or caused me a headache of any kind. It does maintain the temperature well and is easy to clean. The color variety means everyone has their own. 👍🏻

Mason Jar CAPS for variety uses

The variety of Mason/Ball jar lids over the past years has made safe storage that looks nice even on the countertop a breeze. The Oil toppers are my favorite. The white plastic I like because they dont rust, easy to clean and make traveling with them easy. The standard 2 piece lids I use with the vacuum tool to keep things in the freezer fresh longer and air  seal my dehydrated food 😋

Mason Jars of all Shapes & Sizes

My use of Mason/Ball jars started the first year we belonged to a farm share. Storing berries, herbs, bulk items....Our ability to store our favorite foods harvested at their peak meant we benefitted year round. It's easy to find things in the pantry & know when supplies are getting low. They hold many house hold items. Clean up is as quick as swapping the new jar out! 🧡

Stainless Steel Food Container

This container has been in our home now for 15 years! I was looking for a container that was capable of storing pre-made meals-ready to go that we could grab from freezer, pack, travel to our destination- place on the grill, in oven, wash up easily AND NOT BE HEAVY like Ball jars. This was a tall order but I found these & not only were they perfect for our  trips across country but for short jaunts to family/beach where we could avoid making a big deal about cross contamination of allergens. We'd have a beautiful meal of Salmon, asparagus, sweet potato for example all ready to throw on the grill!  Whats amazing we still use them daily. When they say Freezer, to oven, grill, light weight, no leach, no chemicals, no toxins. Reusable forever IT'S TRUE! ❤️

SAFE Can Opener I use DAILY

People are so SURPRISED when I bring my can opener to presentations as one of the recommended tools that Simplify Self Care. This is logical since I can't remember the last time I've had food that would need it. Right now Coconut Milk is what I use it for, For my Pets Meat dog food & for EVERYDAY opening of my Ball Jars because the side little tool grabs on to the lid and pops it off saving nails and cuts! The smooth lid opener also means I can neatly place the lid back on -use a rubber band if I want to store half of it til later. No sharp edges mean no chances of being sliced by a lid that could create an infection. Lids won't tear through garbage bags! Little ones can learn to use it safely too! I have never replaced mine. It's probably 8 years so far & never given me issues LOVE it! 👍🏻

Crock-Pot Lunch Food Warmer

I have had every sized Crockpot. We used them day in and day out  for years... Every day all day. Now using the appliances listed below I've replaced all but this LUNCH CROCK. It is a great way to Simplify Self Care! My husband uses this daily. Breville Convection and Air Fry Smart Oven, Dehydrator Combo

I cannot say enough about this appliance. A workhorse in our kitchen. After HORRIFIC experience trying to get a $3,000  Freeze dryer to work that never completed a full cycle from day one AND then having the $3,000 Samsung Stove & Oven's not sense when the Stove top or Oven or warming drawer was already hot --causing it to catch on fire!!.. we were using travel  burners (pictured next) to get by when I found this Breville. AMAZING. I have recommended it so much I decided to list it here. We use it the entire day from warming breakfast, dehydrating meat, evening meals. The options are fabulous and the results are too! This Smart Oven is far out functioning the Appliances it replaced at a FRACTION of the cost! 🧡

Breville Variable-Temperature 1.8-Liter Kettle

I bought this one in 2012. But I'm not partial to the particular brand. What is important is the ability to control the water temperature so the tea leaves you use are not parched sealing off their ability to emit the compounds they can offer. So many people changed their mind about drinking green tea after using variable temp kettle. They would say "mo, I can't drink green tea its sooooo bitter" I'd  always suggest reducing the water temperature to around 140 Fahrenheit . Next time we'd see each other they say they are astonished at the taste difference. This Kettle as well as many found at this same link have the tea type next to the temp choices. Stay with Stainless or Glass. Skip any plastic kettle. ☕️

Insta-pot enabled me to reduce the appliances on my Counter

I had at any given time my 3 pot crockpot running along with a bigger crockpot. That is a lot of counter space. But we always had food choices ready for us anytime we were ready to eat. I'd heard about instapot for over a year & when my 3 station crockpot kicked the bucket I couldn't find another so I ordered the Instapot. I was BLOWN away. So much so the following week I ordered another to replace my big crock pot. The stackable inserts and quick preparation are astonishing. It does take getting used to. I will say you will want to try one control at a time know what all the different settings can do for you. I'll do a segment on this because this will Simplify Self Care-if you avoid being overwhelmed by its possibilities 😃

Single Burner Cooktop

We've got two handy at all times. They are fabulous when an extra burner or two needed when we have company or weekend prep where we have all our stove burners going getting food ready for the week. We've traveled with these for years! What's great is once the pan or pot is off it is cool to the touch and we can pack up and check out! Before travel burners stayed hot for an hour!

The ONLY thing that is VERY important to know is you must use In order for cookware to work AT ALL on an induction cooktop, pots and pans must be made of — or incorporate — magnetic steel. The easiest way to tell if something makes the cut is to test the bottom with a magnet — if the magnet sticks, the pot will heat up on an induction burner. 🍳

FoodSaver Vacuum Sealer-Small

I have used 2 over the years. They seem to last about 5 years for me. The reason I choose the smallest with the accessory port is because I use it mostly for sealing my ball jars to maintain food freshness but to also keep the dehydrated food unexposed to air.If I'll be traveling for long periods and need to lighten my load I'll use the plastic seal option along with parchment bags or paper roll and create my own bag size. I use parchment bags for the produce or meat to go in then slide it into the plastic bag to seal. I'm  just am not a fan of plastic touching food and try to avoid it the best I can. I use the kit in the next picture for sealing my ball jars. Placing food into the jar and then the flat lid on top you seal the jar extending food life exponentially 🥩

Nespresso Aeroccino Plus Milk Frother

I had such a funny introduction to the frother. As I was showing a client my stainless manual frother to foam coconut milk... she turned and pressed the button on her Nespresso and saiid you mean this? 🤷‍♀️....So innocently she was trying to connect all the work I was going through. I cracked up 😂 🤣and immediately not only bought one but Holiday presents for many! That was 5 years ago and it still works beautifully today.

A favorite! Those of you who have known me  know when I first happened upon the Yonanas machine (again a client had one on her counter that she received as a gift)

I was so curious I ordered my first one that was in  2013.
